A. Obligation for Direct Resolution
My FL Corporate Filings is committed to client satisfaction and efficient service. In the event of any dissatisfaction or disagreement concerning charges, the Client is obligated to first contact the Company directly at [email protected] to seek a resolution or file a formal refund request under the terms of the Fulfillment and Refund Policy.
Filing a chargeback with a credit card company or bank without first attempting to resolve the grievance directly with the Company constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Service.
B. Chargeback Consequences
The Company incurs significant non-recoverable administrative costs, fees, and reputational harm when a chargeback is initiated. Therefore, our policy regarding payment disputes is as follows:
- Non-Dispute Approach: The Company reserves the right to accept and not formally dispute any chargeback initiated by the Client. Acceptance of a chargeback does not constitute an admission of fault or liability by the Company.
- Assignment to Collections: If a chargeback is initiated and the Client has made no good-faith effort to resolve the underlying service issue directly with the Company, the outstanding balance, including the original service fee, government filing fees, and any associated bank or processor chargeback fees incurred by the Company, may be immediately transferred to a third-party collection agency.
- Legal Recourse: By agreeing to these Terms, the Client acknowledges that the Company, or its assigned collection agency, may pursue legal action to recover all associated losses. Such action may include, but is not limited to, claims for Breach of Contract, Civil Theft, Unjust Enrichment, and Fraudulent Inducement to recover the entire loss, which may exceed the original amount of the service fee.
-Suspension of Service: Any pending service or future access to Company resources will be immediately suspended pending the resolution of the chargeback dispute.
