⚙️ Fulfillment and Refund Policy
This policy governs the delivery of services and the conditions for refunds offered by My FL Corporate Filings ("the Company," "we," or "us"). By placing an order for services on our website, you agree to be bound by this policy and our Terms of Service.
I. Service Fulfillment and Delivery
A. Scope of Service
The Company provides services related to corporate and statutory filings for all 50 states in the United States of America and other related government entities. Our responsibility is limited to the preparation, filing, and delivery of documents based exclusively on the accurate information provided by the Client. We are a non-attorney service and do not provide legal advice.
B. Fulfillment Timeline
Processing Time: Please note that while your submission is immediate, processing time for updating public records varies. Typically, the public records database is updated within two (2) to three (3) business days; however, this timeline is subject to the Division of Corporations' processing queue.
Filing Time: Following our successful electronic submission, the state's public business registry is typically updated and live within two (2) to three (3) business days; however, this timeline is wholly determined by the processing queue of the state filing authority and is not guaranteed by the Company.
Delivery: For entity management (ei. annual reports) we recommend verifying the update by checking the state's official Corporations and Charities Division public records search after this initial period.
For entity formation once the government agency completes the filing, the official documents will be delivered to the Client electronically (via email) and/or physically (via postal service) as specified in the service purchased. Electronic delivery of documents is considered complete upon sending the final email notification to the Client.
C. Client Responsibility
The Client bears sole responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data, names, addresses, and details submitted to My FL Corporate Filings for the purpose of filing. Any errors, delays, or rejections resulting from inaccurate client data are not the fault or liability of the Company.
II. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Given the nature of the services provided, which involve immediate intellectual effort, labor, and often the payment of non-refundable government fees upon submission, our refund policy is strictly defined.
A. Full Refund Eligibility (Prior to Commencement)
A full refund of the service fee (excluding any non-refundable third-party fees, such as credit card processing fees) may be issued only if:
The request for cancellation is received within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order AND the Company has not yet commenced work on preparing or submitting the filing.
B. Partial Refund Eligibility (Work Commenced)
If the Company has commenced work on preparing the filing but has not yet submitted documents to the government agency:
The Client may be eligible for a partial refund. This refund will be the full service fee minus a reasonable service charge $50 to cover the administrative and labor costs already incurred by the Company.
C. No Refund Policy (Work Submitted or Completed)
No refund will be issued under the following circumstances:
The filing has been submitted to the government agency, regardless of the filing status (pending, rejected, or completed). Once submitted, the service has been rendered, and government fees are typically non-refundable.
The service was rejected by the government agency due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.
The Client changes their mind or no longer requires the service after the Company has initiated the filing process.
Delays occur due to government processing backlogs, holidays, or system outages, which are beyond the control of the Company.
D. Non-Refundable Fees
All government filing fees, state fees, and third-party fees (e.g., statutory processing fees) paid by the Company on behalf of the Client are non-refundable.
III. Procedure for Cancellation and Refund Requests
This section details the mandatory process for submitting all service cancellation or refund requests to My FL Corporate Filings.
